Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas (lobbies, restrooms) to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper) in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents and visitors.
- Follow all safety and health regulations regarding cleaning chemicals and procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products and safety protocols.
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
