Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens while maintaining organized storage areas
- Operate professional-grade equipment including carpet cleaners, floor polishers, and vacuum systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety procedures in all cleaning processes
- Respond promptly to guest requests for room refreshes or special cleaning needs
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure all areas meet quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate shift transitions and handover procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout entire shift
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot and address cleanliness issues
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for shift flexibility
