Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets according to established protocols.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and cleaning chemical safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
