Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies according to inventory protocols
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to engineering team promptly
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to sanitation protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Coordinate with front desk for room status updates and special requests
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning carts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
