Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to established standards.
- Ensure all linens, amenities, and supplies are restocked and organized in guest rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (OSHA, OEHHA).
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow time management protocols to complete cleaning assignments within shift hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
