Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Stock amenities, linens, and toiletries to meet brand standards and guest expectations.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and room details.
- Follow all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Organize storage closets and laundry areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and timekeeping.
