Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) for guest comfort.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them immediately to the maintenance team.
- Organize furniture and closets to maximize space and maintain a tidy aesthetic.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to complete rooms efficiently.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
