Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet brand standards.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) and ensure rooms are fully prepared for check-in.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in linen closets and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Supervisor immediately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Adhere to the daily schedule and manage time effectively to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a significant plus.
