Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture to the highest standards.
- Amenity Management: Restock bathrooms and rooms with fresh linens, toiletries, and amenities to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
- Public Area Maintenance: Keep lobbies, hallways, and restrooms clean and presentable at all times.
- Inspection: Perform quality checks on cleaned areas to ensure adherence to our strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Inventory: Monitor and report the need for cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond promptly to requests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we are primarily hiring for entry-level jobs; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods; ability to bend, stretch, and reach.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot dirt and ensure every corner is spotless.
