Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds to perfection, dust furniture, and polish surfaces to brand standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces promptly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) and report them to the maintenance department immediately.
- Maintain a safe environment by promptly cleaning up spills and hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding guest privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours) throughout the shift.
- Basic English communication skills for reading safety labels and interacting with guests.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 25 lbs).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is necessary; we value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
