Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities for a pristine guest experience.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners; maintain cleanliness of hallways and corridors.
- Maintain a high standard of organization and cleanliness in the housekeeping closet and work areas.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to address specific requests or concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
