Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and restrooms to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, coffee) in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the Front Office Manager promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to company cleaning protocols and brand standards.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned rooms within the allotted timeframes.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and cleanliness.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or hospitality is preferred but not always required.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
