Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and restrooms to maintain high standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure amenities are fully stocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors according to established protocols.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Manage laundry and cleaning supplies efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
