Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Strip beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain pristine standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them immediately to management.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during room turnovers.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual work history.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
