Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and maintain supply inventory
- Report maintenance issues and uphold safety protocols
- Execute deep-cleaning cycles for carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for supply runs)
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation guidelines and chemical safety
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with strong communication abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
