Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper chemical handling and waste disposal
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and restock amenities before guest arrivals
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Complete daily room assignments with attention to detail and efficiency
- Participate in seasonal deep cleaning projects and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance
- Customer service-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
