Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high cleanliness standards.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces according to established procedures.
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and linens in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all company safety and sanitation protocols (OSHA guidelines).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
