Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, reporting shortages to management
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards for chemical handling
- Provide turndown service and guest room amenities as per property requirements
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain organized supply closets and equipment storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in a hotel or high-end hospitality setting
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
