Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to company standards.
- Ensure linens, amenities, and supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow employees.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work with cleaning chemicals safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
