Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and brand-specific cleaning procedures.
- Collaborate with the front desk and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
