Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Strip and make beds, change linens, and replenish toiletries and amenities to guest standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow established safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within the scheduled shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
