Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor hotel premises and security systems to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or requests promptly.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas and guest rooms.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use hotel management software.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
