Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Assist in housekeeping duties, including making beds and restocking amenities as needed.
- Support the front office team during peak weekend hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Process payments and manage cash registers accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and some holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer service.
