Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict safety and hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities to ensure a luxurious guest experience.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow brand guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push heavy carts.
