Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Ensure hotel corridors, lobbies, and stairwells are pristine and well-maintained.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to company policies regarding uniform and grooming standards.
- Assist with special guest requests or VIP room preparations when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies.
