Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and common areas.
- Strip and make beds using proper techniques and high-quality linens.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
