Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest assistance
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety through regular property patrols
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/ maintenance teams
- Manage reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Prepare end-of-night reports and maintain detailed guest logs
- Assist with valet services and manage parking operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Columbus area attractions and services
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
