Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas are spotless and welcoming at all times.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to meet luxury standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace trash bags in rooms and corridors.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in storage closets.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
