We are currently hiring for multiple roles including Front Desk Agents, Housekeeping Attendants, and Bellhops. If you have a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes using our property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in front desk operations, including managing reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, security, and health regulations.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Provide local recommendations and directions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Office applications.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for Bellhop positions.
