Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and dining spaces.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Remove trash and recyclables, and ensure waste management areas are kept tidy.
- Dust, polish, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to meet strict health and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance reports.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
