Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presentable.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding health and safety compliance.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
- Organize storage closets and restock cleaning supplies efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
