Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas to 5-star standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury hotel specifications
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with front desk and room service teams for seamless operations
- Manage linen inventory and laundry processes
- Conduct deep cleaning during guest turnovers and seasonal turnovers
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Professional demeanor with excellent time management
