Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bed-making, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization
- Stock amenities and refresh supplies according to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly
- Deep-clean common areas like lobbies, hallways, and dining spaces
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment use
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown location
- Pass background check and drug screening
