Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are spotless, organized, and well-presented.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish bathroom amenities (toiletries, towels) to meet hotel standards.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the property.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean windows, and glass surfaces to a high standard.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
