Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor, assisting with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, responding to emails, and handling incoming inquiries regarding reservations and services.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Booking Management: Utilize property management systems to update room availability, make reservations, and manage special requests.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met during their stay.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and property management software.
