Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure compliance with our high standards of cleanliness.
- Assign daily cleaning duties to the housekeeping team and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of room status and inventory levels for cleaning supplies.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, respectful work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid ID and ability to pass background checks.
