Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 50+ luxury suites
- Train and mentor 10+ housekeeping staff on service excellence
- Conduct room inspections ensuring 100% quality compliance
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and amenities
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and special guest requests
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact
- Resolve guest concerns with immediate professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hospitality housekeeping experience
- Proven team leadership and scheduling expertise
- Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and green cleaning
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong advantage
