Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 150+ guest rooms and public areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Coordinate linen inventory and supply management to minimize waste
- Resolve guest room issues and maintenance requests promptly
- Oversee deep cleaning projects and seasonal turnovers
- Maintain strict safety and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience with supervisory background
- Strong knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning protocols and chemicals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
