Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms, public areas, and corridors meet our high cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify and resolve maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assign daily cleaning schedules and ensure all staff adhere to time management and quality control protocols.
- Oversee the deep cleaning process for special events or seasonal changes.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
