Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 250+ guest rooms and public areas
- Train, schedule, and mentor 8-12 housekeeping staff members
- Conduct quality inspections using standardized checklists
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Resolve guest room issues within 30-minute SLA
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams
- Ensure OSHA compliance for chemical handling
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling systems
- Fluent English communication skills
