Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with speed and precision
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Act as a local Louisville ambassador recommending attractions and dining
- Maintain detailed logs of guest requests and special accommodations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math aptitude for handling cash transactions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
