Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and train hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, ensuring high standards of service.
- Handle complex guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for room supplies, toiletries, and amenities to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Enforce all company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping services.
- Conduct daily staff briefings to communicate goals, address operational challenges, and recognize outstanding performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in hotel management, hospitality operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and reservation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue generation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
