Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during all shifts, including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Perform nightly audits, including closing reports, balancing cash drawers, and reviewing security logs.
- Assist in training new staff members on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments accurately and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Collaborate with management to optimize hotel operations and revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
