Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (day/evening/overnight)
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests
- Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and room assignments
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping operations
- Prepare shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights required)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
