Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and amenities to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, inquiries, and special requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, maintenance requests, and room statuses.
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining teams to facilitate seamless service during high-volume shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and exceeding expectations.
- Adhere to all company policies, health codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in computer systems and POS software is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
