Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas
- Process payments and manage reservation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems preferred)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license if applicable
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler certification (for F&B roles)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
