Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain pristine property standards including room preparation and public area cleanliness
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs using our modern hotel management system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand service standards
- Assist with special events and guest requests as needed
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – training provided!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
