Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and common areas (hallways, lobbies, restrooms) to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or damaged furniture, to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
