Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly stocked
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Manage laundry operations including washing, drying, and folding
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requisitions
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (if operating resort vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
