Your Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Associate, you will ensure our facilities are pristine and welcoming for our residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors throughout the facility.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are fresh and crisp.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work (including weekends and holidays).
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
